Intro to Katonah Yoga - Saturday 3/1 (The Yoga Seed, Chicago)

Katonah Yoga is rich in metaphor, deeply focused on alignment and longevity, informed by nature and the seasons, and rich with meditation and breathing techniques.

We’ll explore the foundational elements of the practice, the convergence of form and function, using yoga like a map to navigate the world, and like a recipe to cook up a little more joy. Expect conversation, movement, meditation, breathwork, and more!
